Ordering online was a little confusing - there were choices for things that I didn't realize I needed to make a choice for, like the muffin variation, then a flavor. The quality and flavor of both the chai latte and muffin were delightful, and I will be ordering again soon!

The iced lattes were really thick and gave us stomach aches. This is the second time it's been bad, even when adding water/ice. We used to always have great ones in the past, not sure what's recently changed

I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's always something. It takes forever, something is missing, the taste is off, or all three. It is just the downtown location that disappoints.
