A Gem to be treasured. Kind and considerate staff that create some very delicious food. If you haven't tried their Red Oil Lamb Hand Stretch Noodle with an order of BBQ Lamb, it's my Favorite. Enjoy :)

I am grateful they were willing to substitute the Red Oil Lamb Ramen noodles for rice noodles; however, everything else was just ok or less than ok. The Red Oil Lamb Ramen broth was not flavorful or spicy. The broth was very runny and bland. The Kimchi was mostly radish and not cabbage, and the Egg was over cooked.
Overall I would not order from them again.

The Peking Zha Jiang Noodle I ordered was well enjoyed. There are many versions of this type dish. This one was one was on the lighter side with the black bean bitter/savory taste. These are lo mein noodles, and lots of them, but I thought there was enough gravy to make it flavorful throughout. Easily could have saved 1/2 for leftovers.. but I did not.

Xian cold noodles great as always. I anyone has a clue concerning how its made drop me a message. The cucumbers were refreshing and partly peeled which is good. Sometimes the skin can get pretty tough. Sauce for cucumbers could be a bit stronger as the cucumbers loose some of their moisture on delivery orders which dilte.the sauce a bit. Never noticed it when I ate there.

The food was great. Problem is they hardly give you any chicken. $17 for one meal that has 10 small pieces of Crispy Sesame Chicken is way too much.
