The proportions are very generous and even though I didn't ask for the bean, they were really good with the mac and cheese and ribs. All y'all need is some drinks to make a combo platter and you guys would be exceptional

Paid $5 for a cup of whipped cream with cookies in it. What a rip off. Highly disappointed. Catfish was baby small for $20. Not fried all the way through. Fish is soft. Never again

I have never had fried catfish that was soggy and this texture or color, it arrived soaking in a puddle of grease. So disappointed and the yams look absolutely NOTHING like the picture and the mac looks stale. This was a miss for sure. Idk maybe it was an off day they were running late to start off with. It just missed the mark. The corn bread muffin was decent so 1 star

Sorry. What in the world? $16 for a "large side" of Mac and Mac & Cheese (Lg). See the photo for the "large side". Total ripoff for the price. Mac and cheese is bland. Also, the other photo are tbe ribs. Theyre all chopped up and every bite has bone in it. Very weird way to serve this. Will not be ordering from this food truck again. None of it tasted great.

Etouffee was over seasoned but the taste was good, couldn't eat it all though. The banana pudding was amazing. Would recommend
