The food is very good, fresh and delicious. However, I have to subtract one star because many times items are missing from the order. They've forgotten my french fries a couple of times and they often forget to put in the extra sauce I've ordered (at 50 cents a pop). Please double check your orders!

Lemon Chicken soup was sans lemon and the small chicken pieces were the texture and flavor of jerky. The Mediterranean Salad was floating in watery dressing, completely wilted and not eatable. Overall, Very disappointing.

Tasty, beautifully prepared barbecue. Side orders were good, including a kind of bread that's new to me. A sort of hollow bun or perhap a ball of pita? Amazing deal with the BOGO.

Not only were several items missing or incorrect from my order, the staff was extremely rude, argumentative and unprofessional when I called, including the Manager. First they offered to make it right, then they did not follow through. They kept me waiting 2 hours, saying the Manager was going to bring my items himself. He never showed up and when I called he started arguing with me and told me he was too busy to speak with me. It's sad because this is the 2nd time I have ordered from here and the food is decent and I was planning on ordering from here regularly. BUT NOT with the order missing 2 items, another item being incorrect, RUDE staff and a waste of 2 hours of my day and my money. Unfortunately I have decided to NEVER order from here again due to the negative experience I had.
