chicken was overcooked and ordered all spicy, but none of the 12 pieces were spicy.. disappointing

The food is good, but it sucks when I order spicy chicken and get regular. It's not the same, I personally rather not have it if it's not spicy.

I've never had more amazing packaging. The food was made perfectly. Nothing was overdone or undercooked. It was the first time going to Jollibee but it easily dethroned other chicken places.

Bro I literally paid extra for the adobo rice and they gave me mash potatos instead bro im so sad I need my rice and my 3pc Chickenjoy w/ Biscuit + 1 Side was dry

I'm giving it a 3 just for the 3 pc Chicken Tenders Meal. What a rip off- stay away from ordering!Definitely not for $16. Stick to regular Chicken Joy.
