I ordered Hamachi (yellowtail) Sashimi A La Carte and I received some unidentified dark meat chunks on rice. I order yellowtail often, and have never ever seen it look or smell like this. It looked and smelled disgusting, not at all what I have received in person or via DoorDash there before. I also very intentionally ordered a side of rice, not nigiri and did not receive that item. Extremely disappointed and honestly grossed out by this.

I was a little nervous about ordering because the reviews for this place are VERY polarized - especially on google. It didn't help the anxiety that the pickup is inside another restaurant. Despite this, I had a good experience. My order was ready early. Do keep in mind there is no dedicated parking here and a lot of the street signs say no stopping any time. I parked a few blocks down and walked. I probably wouldn't order the big trouble in little china roll again, not because it was bad, but I gambled on it and it wasn't the flavor profile I was looking for in sushi ultimately. I thought the spicy crab stick roll was good, very mild spice. Id probably eat here again, just trying to balance out the reivews and give one that is much more recent than others.

What happened to Jony's? Their rolls used to be the best. This order came with barely any fish and a substitute of green pepper for jalapeno. The deep fried rolls were also overpowered with batter. Still in shock at this off-night.

This was not a classic poke bowl. The fish was sort of mashed together. I order poke bowls from many different places and this was nothing like them I ordered from here because of its great reviews. Disappointed
