The quality is always consistent and very good. The chashu and ingredients are fresh and flavorful. I have noticed that the portion of chashu pork has gotten smaller though, otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Although it's expensive and the portions of pork have gone down noticeably since they first opened, it's undeni that the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen is delicious. I also like the takoyaki and the Shrimp Tempura Cut Roll was simple but better than expected.

The Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen was so good, the broth is was so good and i loved how the broth wasn't overly spicy either. The noodles were really good and usually im not a fan of pork belly but this one is super good. 10/10
