Although it's expensive and the portions of pork have gone down noticeably since they first opened, it's undeni that the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen is delicious. I also like the takoyaki and the Shrimp Tempura Cut Roll was simple but better than expected.

My two complains are: 1. Their ramen add-ons are way too expensive and 2. They dont provide chopsticks. Other than that, I love the food. The Miso Ramen and Spicy Tuna Cut Roll are my normal go-to's, but everything else ive tried is also great.

Tonkotsu Ramen tasted okay. The broth had very heavy on the mushroom flavor, so that took away any of the tonkatsu broth. Thin noodles were not that great. I would have preferred thick noodles. Definitely not Hiro Nori, so ignore any reviews that state is similar. The pork belly was nice and fatty, but they only give you one piece. I would not likely order again because it was quite expensive for how mediocre the ramen tasted.

The quality is always consistent and very good. The chashu and ingredients are fresh and flavorful. I have noticed that the portion of chashu pork has gotten smaller though, otherwise I would give 5 stars.

The food was good, not much flavor though. The gyoza was kind of soft and the broth really starchy even before putting the noodles in. I did like that the noodles and broth can separately so the noodles didn't get overly soggy
