the drinks were delicious! the staff took a bit to even realize i was standing there waiting to pick up my mobile order.

1 of 3 drinks was complete wrong size. paid for large, tag on cup says "Large", received small. drink 2 of 3 has huge chunks of protein powder or something still in it and the drink itself does not taste very good. I order from this location all the time and almost never have issues, but today was different. very dissatisfied with the order quality.

The employees do not read your order. One of my items was missing entirely but I was charged for it. I also ordered two of the same smoothie bowls but one was supposed to have blueberries and the other granola and I even paid for extra granola. They gave me two with blueberries, zero granola, but still charged me for it. The receipt was even printed out and taped to the bag but obviously no one took the time to actually read it and ensure my order was correct.
