Deluxe really means deluxe. American portions are big in general, but the $34 is really for sharing between 2-3 people. I wish there was more katsu than sides, but this restaurant still deserves a 5 for authentic tasting Japanese food quality.

I was a little skeptical that the portions were as big as reviews state but no lie the Deluxe Anshim katsu is definitely two people worth. Seriously good, fresh cabbage, good rice, sauces are great, katsu still crispy and meat is tender, and the potato corn was a yummy surprise. It's rare for takeout to exceed expectations but this did. 10/10 would order again.

Katsu is superb. We've tried Anshim, Deungshim, and Chicken in deluxe and regular. They all retain crispness and flavor during delivery, but I have one complaint: too much rice. There's just way too much, we end up throwing at least half of it away. Wish there was an option to choose the amount of rice. Small/large? Just a thought.

Great portions and the Anshim Katsu was crispy! They cut a hole in the container so that the katsu wouldn't get soggy. The dressing for the cabbage was light and sweet. I didn't know what to expect since I never visited this place in person but it's one of the best katsu in the area.

jungdon katsu continues to be amazing in quality and portions even after all these years. nothing but crisp katsus and great packaging that prevents food from getting soggy on its way to you. a small detail but many other places selling katsu seem to miss that containers need to be vented.
