Tuna was very fibrous and not tender. Salmon tasted good, but all in all the poke was kinda dry

Ordered 2 bowls, 1 with sushi rice and 1 with brown rice. Both rices were too dry, to the point of having hardened bits. 1 didn't have any sauce. And I'm confused by the use of hard to peel off stickers on the supposedly compostable lids.
