• DoorDash orderWorth trying the unique items - Hamachi Pear, Ceviche, Spicy Scallop - but all of the fish is always good. Even simple things like the Negi Hamachi Roll are flavorful.

• DoorDash orderI LOVE THIS PLACE. They had some unique flavor combinations that all work so well together. It's also very fresh and it just makes you want to have some more. You can taste the quality the chef has put into their sushi.
My top favorites are the Toro Truffle Caviar and Toro Uni Caviar. Both were creamy, buttery, umami, fresh, and melts in your mouth!!!
For the unique flavor combinations that were very impressive: Hamachi Pear, Tai Grape, and Hotapple. I've never had fruit in sushi, but the fruits have elevated not only the taste, but also the texture. Each one was very enjoyable to eat.
I don't usually leave reviews on door dash, but the food here was so impressive that I can't help but express my experience.
Well done Kabuto! I'll be ordering again and will be stopping by at your location.
