The Veggie Matcha Sunomono was a delightful dance of flavors—a refreshing waltz for the palate that left my taste buds swooning. The Inarizushi, on the other hand, was a sweet and salty serenade; the tofu, as fluffy as a cloud, yet crispy enough to keep things interesting. Inside, rice that was sticky with just the right hint of vinegar to make you pucker with pleasure. As for the Gyoza, though they may have spent a few too many moments in the sauna, their flavor was still worth every crispy, blackened second. Overcooked? Perhaps. Overjoyed? Absolutely!
