• DoorDash orderWowow, this place is legit. Pelmeni and varenekii are hand made (only russian restaurant in LA where the dumplings aren't factory made). Chicken Tabaka is excellent. Salads are on point. Plates need to be served with more sauce and sour cream to be honest, but Kalinka was a pleasant surprise. Will be ordering and visiting again.

• DoorDash orderOrdered Whole Seabass, Borscht & side of Veggies. Seabass was delicious, I just wish it came with a more proportional amount of mashed potatoes especially considering the price. The soup was good, more sour than I'm used to without much sweetness. As for the veggies, I've never been more disappointed in my life. I paid $5 to get a grilled tomato, onion, 3 tiny potatoes and some cabbage.

• DoorDash orderThe veal and pork pelmeni was pretty good! I' m Chinese so they kind of felt familiar in a good way. That I would recommend to anyone.
The Oliver salad was okay... not great tho
I also expected the portions to be bigger given the price... like the pelmeni was priced similarly to the plate of vegetables- I got a little carton of plemeni for. $16. The pickled vegetable platter is $15. Does this mean I would have just gotten a pickle and some sour cabbage and tomatoes for $15? That's... not a good price.

• DoorDash orderThe food was very good overall! Especially the salad Kalinka! The cucumbers and tomatoes were cut perfectly for juicy bite sized pieces! I would highly recommend getting it!

• DoorDash orderEverything was delicious , we ordered lamb chops, chicken schnitzel, pelmeni, and herring salad everything was perfect and tasted like home :) a very nostalgic and enjoyable meal. Will be ordering again often
