• DoorDash orderI have been searching for consistently good Thai, and I've been very happy with these guys! Everything is seasoned and cooked well, and nothing is "sweet" which is a common problem for some reason. Phad Thai, phad see ew, and pot stickers are especially tasty!!!

• DoorDash orderi only want to explain this dish because it's one of my favorite things my mom makes and its been hard to find a place that makes it just right.. cause if it's on the menu, i’m ordering it. and have always been disappointed BUT NOT ANYMORE CAUSE THIS IS IT.
the spices in the rice is very similar to your mild Thai red curry dish, it’s literally that minus the coconut milk and instead it’s mixed with just enough small coconut shreds. then it is deep fried to perfecsh, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. then it’s broken up into crumbles and pieces and tossed in lime juice, green and red onions (i opted out of), cilantro, and super thinly sliced kaffir lime leaves, roasted whole peanuts, and naem. to me, naem is Thai/Lao version of prosciutto, but in sausage shape. so if you’re into that, and umami flavors, you gotta try. and you’re welcome :)
i’m new to this area and have tried a handful of places cause i do be craving my moms papaya salad, it’s hard to compare anyone else’s to hers cause it’s one of those things that not one person can make taste the same since they all use their Asian mama measuring skills and add their own twist and such. but anyways i did enjoy the papaya salad from here too!
i hope this will be helpful for anyone wanting to try new things! happy eating!
