Having ordered sushi from multiple Milwaukee restaurants I find the portions and ingredients at Kanpai are far and away the best in the area.
The service can be slow at times, but I am willing to wait a little longer in order to get a better product.

Rock & Roll was just bad. I couldn't eat it. Hardly any shrimp, tasted like straight fried breading. Gyoza probably would have been good but they forgot the sauce, so it was a little dry. Super disappointing.

Crunch Combo was pretty good but i like boss roll more than the two in there but everything was very fresh & good none the less
