Everything packaged well. Condiments included with a lil soy sauce dish. yellow tail sushi and blue fin tuna sushi were excellent and fresh. Rice was soft and fluffy and not hard and or old.

I've tried most of the sushi spots in the Brea/Fullerton area and this is the best quality I've found. The menu is accessible but authentic. Can't recall the last time I've seen real wasabi on the menu.

The beef needs to be packaged separately from the udon broth because it arrives dry and overcooked. I've ordered the ribeye udon multiple times and everytime the beef is overcooked. In person, it's delicious! Perhaps pack it with the noodles for to go orders.
