A 1000 times better than before. They must have new chefs or new management because the food is amazing!! The fish is fresh and lots of variety.
Oh my gosh, the fried cheesecake is the best thing I've ever had. A must have!

Salmon was going bad, the roll had store bought mayo on top, quality of ingredients awful. Overpaid ($150) for such small rolls and the awful food received.

Sushi is a 5/5!! Best quality of sushi in area kantana Katana Roll* and Spicy Tuna Roll You won't be disappointed.
Gave 3 due to Chicken Teriyaki was overloaded with mushrooms and onion, hardly any meat. mushrooms and onions were a suprise and never listed as an ingredient. Will not order that again.

Sunrise Roll * was amazing. Udon was strange, large portion given but the broth was very oily and unlike any udon I've had before, and lacking in toppings I've usually gotten. Only two Tamago - Nigiri given for almost five dollar price.

I have ordered Chicken Katsu from Katana multiple times and it is usually very delicious, however, this time the chicken is very dry due to being overcooked and the breading tastes like it was cooked in burnt oil and is sliding off the chicken. I am very disappointed because it is expensive to Doordash items.
