I've had Katsu in the past and enjoyed it, but this order was pretty terrible. The rice wasn't cooked all the way so the middle was dry and hard. It also had a strange metallic taste. The sweet potato sushi was also undercooked, so the middle had an unpleasant crunch. Might just be a bad day for them but I likely won't order again.
