Kayo's specializes in a clear-broth ramen and NOT tonkotsu-style ramen which you’ll find at most other ramen shops. Ours is a clear, refined broth, made in-house daily using only the finest ingredient…
These tacos are to die for!! The owners super nice and Ive had an amazing experience both for dine in and takeout! Been recommending this place to all my vegan and non vegans out there! Cant go wrong with the Vegan Mole Tofu Taco, so far everyones favorite in terms of the tacos~ Beware of the Vegan Spicy Mala Taco though, theres a real kick in that one and definitely not for the weak hearted!! Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality comfort food, the ramen there is also very delicious, especially when you add the chili oil and vinegar!~ ;)

Kayo's has my favorite ramen in town. It never disappoints. However, this time there was barely any broth in the Vegan TanTan, which makes me very sad because I ordered extra noodles so I could stretch it into two meals (which I have always been able to do both in-house and delivery). Is it delicious? Absolutely! But if this is going to be the portion size for the broth moving forward, it's not worth the price. Hoping it's a fluke.

TanTan Ramen was just the right amount of spice level, ordered medium, good kick. Delicious broth. Pork was tender, melts in your mouth. One of the best ramen in town, definitely coming back.
Yasai Salad (GF) was tasty but did not have much mushrooms. I was craving mushrooms and this did not fill my craving. If you're looking for something crunchy this is it.

I've previously had Kayo's ramen with the meat-based broth and always loved it. I've recently had to remove meat from my diet, so I decided to try their vegan version and was blown away with how flavorful the vegan broth is! I'm so excited to have this as an option and I can't wait to try more versions soon. I also love that they separate the broth from the rest of the ingredients to keep the noodles fresh and not absorbing all the broth before delivery. And it comes in a convenient container that you can combine it all together and eat once it arrives!

barely any actual liquid in the ramen less than a cup and half of broth is ridiculous for that price, and my ramen order was incorrect. plus the pot stickers were burnt
