Ramen was too watery instead of creamy. Spice was ok for "just right" but they should give chili oil on the side. Dumplings tasted like waba grill dumplings, not worth $12. Lastly, they didnt include any plastic ware or napkins.

First time ordering here because this day, my usual spot was closed. I was absolutely underwhelmed. I got two ramen; Tonkotsu - Pork Broth and Miso - Pork Broth . First we didn't get any egg. never had ramen with no egg. Next I asked for medium spice and it felt like nothing. so it wasn't spicy at all. the options for noodles say thick noodles, we received the noodles that you get at 99cents store. those skinny flimsy ones. Overall this was a disappointment. I'm giving 2 stars for the pork and the containers honestly. my family will probably never order from here again.

Oh man the Tonkotsu - Pork Broth pork meat and broth was DELICIOUS! Noodles were nice and firm just how I like them, spice level was nice, and it was delivered pretty hot. Only complaint is it could be a bit bigger, but overall good ramen, will come back. 🥰

Absolutely AMAZING RAMEN! Chicken is grilled to perfection, great flavor. The broth was phenomenal, great for this gloomy weather! They also taped my broth container to prevent spilling while being delivered, THANK YOU!
