Ajwain parantha was very bad... it was so hard that I had to throw it all. Given the price of one ajwain parantha, it was useless and very disappointing.
Other items like matar paneer and complementary rice was good but given such poor quality of ajwain parantha which was worth ~ $10 for me, I have to give this low rating .

I enjoyed Kebab Factory many years ago, but the quality really declined in the past few years. The saag paneer has tended to be overly creamy, medium spice is extremely mild, rice is extremely basic, etc. The lamb sali boti was their best dish for a while, so I try them again periodically to see if they've fixed their issues.
The lamb sali boti was almost unpleasant today though, and the tandoori chicken was awful - both tasted vaguely old somehow, while also being extremely bland.
