could the cook not see this is burnt? I am dissappointed. from out of town and I always look forward to the food here. Migas was good though. trashed the french toast.

Order was great- eggs were cooked perfectly over easy and cinnamon pancakes are always good. Chilaquiles are fantastic as well.
Y'all need to allow more customization options. I always want to order the Chicken and Pancakes but the buffalo sauce is disgusting and there's no option to remove it.

Everything we ordered was great (best queso I have had in a while), but we didn't receive near enough syrup (only 3 tiny containers)/ no butter for a huge amount of pancakes and no fresh fruit that was supposed to come with the meal.

The burgers were disgusting. They are hours old, and have been sitting under a heat lamp. The meat is dry as leather, and the cheese is actually hard. They could never serve these in the restaurant, so they off-loaded it on a delivery order. I used to like Kerbey Lane, and I eat in the store on Guadalupe, as well as ordering through DoorDash, but no more. I'm sick of these restaurants using inedible leftovers, that a patron in the store would undoubtedly send back, for delivery orders. It's a deliberate tactic to lower their food cost, and it's unethical. I will never dine in Kerbey Lane, nor oder through Doordash ever again.
