Love their vegan rolls! Even my omni parents like them more than the non-vegan rolls. The Coco roll is my absolute favorite! Best sushi I've ever had

I got a text message that my order was ready for pick up and showed the people at the counter my order & explained to them that I received a text saying my order was confirmed ready for pickup & they said it was accidentally marked ready but wasn't ready yet. Waited for about 10 more minutes for my order & neither person at the counter told me my order was ready when I saw someone from the kitchen set it down on the counter, so I got up and looked at the name on the order, confirmed it was my order & took it to go. Went to my car to check my order and was missing an order of R1. California Rolls. When I went back inside this sushi place, I expained to one of the two people at the front counter that I was missing an order of R1. California Rolls, and the young woman told me the 1 container was my 2 orders of California Rolls so I asked her for a refund & she told me I had to get the refund from her male coworker. I explained to him that I just wanted a refund for the caliornia rolls because I ordered 2 orders of california rolls and only got this 1 container & that this wasn't worth $10 to me & he couldn't give me a refund either. He called his manager over & she explained to me that my 2 orders of California rolls was what is listed in the picture (I'll post with my review) and when I explained to her it was my first time here and I just dont think it's worth $10, she told me to go to the app for a refund.
Each other sushi tray I ordered had 10 pieces of sushi, so I thought it was very odd that my 2 orders of the california rolls ( expected 20 pieces) was in this small container.
I was very disappointed with the service, the extra wait time, and the lack of receiving a simple refund.

The PIZZA Vegan and Monkey were delightful, ditto the Gyoza and Edamame . The most beautiful part was the presentation, the PIZZA and Monkey were in a pizza type box with an orchid blossom. Gorgeous! Delicious food and incredible presentation! Thank you for making sushi for vegans and those that don't eat fish! Bravo on all counts!!

Best quality I've had for takeout sushi. Tasted fresh, nice presentation, quick delivery time. Better than the other spots I've tried!

best sushi ever! my favorite is the Chata Roll* (Hot) i am obsessed. we always get the Chata Roll* (Hot) then try a new roll with it and i have liked every single roll we have tried. they never disappoint!
