I'm guessing how late in the evening we got the chicken that was sitting for a while. it was plenty hot but very hard rubbery skin and not as mouth watering as normal. it was around 8pm so I guess they just didn't want to waste money on fresh fried chicken so close to closing. gravy had a burnt taste. won't stop me from ordering in the future just was sub par from normal.

Mashed Potatoes & Gravy tasted like I took a spoonful of an ashtray, we ordered two large Sweet Corn and barely got any in each container. Very disappointing and gross

Dry as the Sahara drumsticks. The majority of the chicken breasts were not dry. Everything tasted good overall, but the chicken was the big let down, which is surprising. Seems as though they were covered too tightly, too quickly, and the packaging likely overcooked everything. It's too bad, because my kids were excited and then disappointed. They chose to fill up on the sides. It's worth noting that they still preferred the sides even after I presented the chicken in various ways, trying to get them to eat more of it. My kids love chicken. Next time, we will skip this location. No hard feelings.

Food was good and fast delivery, the popcorn nugget box was pretty empty compared to other KFCs I've ordered from though, about half as many nuggets
