Looks beautiful! skin is crispy while meat is soft, soft biscuit, and made fresh! Mac and Mac & Cheese filled to rims. Will buy this everytime.

I promise I'm not being uppity but this place was awful. I got out my car to pick my food up. went to the counter and waited 12 minutes for a cashier to see if my order was ready. (the app said it was 12 minutes ago). they were solely focused on the drive thru. Got my food home. opened it and my food looked like it was made by lazy teenagers. the Taste of KFC Famous Bowl Deal was 90% mashed potatoes 8% corn, 1% gravy and 1% (3 1/2 pieces of chicken nugget pieces) chicken. the 10 pc. Saucy Nuggets Combo was literally 10 weirdly shaped nuggets/small tender pieces with a drizzle of sauce....not even shaken. no straws in the bag. no napkins and no spoons or forks to eat with. Pepsi was 🔥 though. 😬

12 pc. Nuggets are very hard..Famous Bowl Lots of gravy, looks and smells really good Mashed Potatoes & Gravy looks good.Mac & Cheese can't wait to dig in, looks very cheesy gtg I'm hungry. Go get your own, these are ours 😉😁

Biscuit was moist and soft, fries werent fresh, Mashed potatoes and gravy was good, Chicken was not burnt,old, or cold. The skin was extra greasy and it made it kinda soggy from sitting in the box. My drink came extra crispy and cold and my ice was not melted.

I think it's best from my experience to order around noon or lunch time. the food is hot fresh with larger size pieces of Chicken as opposed to the evening when the chicken seems dry old overcooked with smaller pieces. with dry hard biscuits. I would have given them a five star if the food was as good and consistent as it was today.
