Last time Taste of KFC 4 pc. Deal I got two bigger mashed potatoes and two biscuits not one overall good though

Complete disappointment. The "tenders" were tiny and overcooked, making them tough and chewy. The 4-piece breast/drum/thigh/wing were equally small. Everything tasted like it was fried in oil that hasn't been changed recently. Fast food is too expensive these days to be paying for such low quality.

The SANDWICHES we got are supposed to be chicken filets but they came as a bun 2 small chicken strips and another bun . So disappointed and far to over priced for what we received . The chicken filet substitute of chicken fingers was not even executed properly they were incredibly dry and stringy

This has to be the worst KFC on the planet. Every single time I've gone to this location there has been issues. Whether it was in store, drive thru or doordash. Not only do they forget something every single time this past order they sent biscuits harder than rocks.when you smacked them down on a table they crumbled to dust. The chicken tenders were so old they were like rubber. So tough you couldn't even pull them apart by hand or cut them. This location needs a serious overhaul of staff. I am a restaurant manager and understand more than most that things happen and no one is perfect which is why I gave it so many chances. This place has to be the worst rated KFC they have.
