This KFC has disappointed me on many occasions. I really wanted them to succeed. I gave them a couple of times to fix the issues and gave them another chance and the last 2 orders have exceeded my expectations! Keep it up!

Fries tasted like they were 8 hours old. Dry. Cold. Chicken 5 pc. Tenders Big Box was a BIG disappointment. The tenders were small and lukewarm. They didn't give me any sauce. Biscuit was like biting into a soft rock. The Pepsi was on point, coleslaw was decent at least. Very disappointing overall.

gravy was more like jello, wondering if it was fresh? I managed KFC for a few years. Chicken was hot and knew it was fresh and had just come out of the HP.

Almost raw biscuits , slightly frozen cole slaw, undercooked tenders and cold fries. Won't order from here again anytime soon. Such a waste of money. 8 pc. Chicken + 8 pc. Tenders Fill Up

Well there were no fries and the tenders were rubbery in the 8 pc 8 pc. Chicken + 8 pc. Tenders Fill Up and way too much salt! Oh and the bucket of Sweet Tea tasted like blackberry tea not regular tea.
