Ordered the Original Tenders Box, disappointed to see that the potato and gravy was only a 1/4 filled, the box of chips half filled and most of the popcorn chicken only consisted of the crunchy outside and zero meat. The only thing that arrived as it should was the pre package drink, extremely disappointing.

I appreciate this store as I ordered Pepsi and plain gravy but they made the effort and wrote a handwritten letter saying they are sorry and only have Pepsi max and no plain gravy. The KFC replaced it very well. thank you to the team.

the chicken at this store tasted different to kfc I've had in the past. it wasn't bad, it just didn't taste like kfc. the batter was very thin as well.

Chicken was good. But that new coleslaw is terrible! Why change your coleslaw tecipe whwn it was so good before? This nee coleslaw you offer is a real letdown and very overpriced.
