First off Sara was Awesome and the chicken was fresh and hot , I've gone through the drive through window before and never got the Chicken as hot and fresh as when Sara delivered it to me, hats off to you.

The chicken had so much breading and the pieces seemed huge, but once you took it off there was hardly any chicken underneath. It was extremely disappointing, especially for spending so much money for it.

The Cole slaw didn't taste good ,the chicken had old greasy taste. The grease should be changed more often it even had a black greasy look to it.I was not able to eat the Cole slaw and 3 pc. Chicken Big Box

the Dasher was nice enough to ask if extra crispy was ok ; and we said ok but when it came it was original which is what i wanted. however ; there was no gravy with the mashed potatoes and the corn tasted freezer burnt. it seems like the restaurants in defiance don't try for excellence very hard. and with the prices nowadays ; you'd think you'd get better service.
