The Plant-Based Combo is so good! I didn't expect it to taste like chicken but it really does. The fresh seasoned fries and diet pepsi were just perfect with it too.

The only reason I keep ordering from here is because my mom likes KFC. But it is consistently inconsistent. Sometimes the coating tastes great and sometimes it's blah. Today it's greasy. The gravy is so thin it's like soup. But mom thinks it's good so thats what matters to me.

KFC seems to be getting worse and worse everyone Iorder thwreand thialocatuon is not the exception. Order was incorrect, missing items such as dips, and te fries tasted like they were only half cooked. Add to tht the decreasing quality of KFC in general; belimic chicken, watery gravy, and way too much greese. You could almost wring the greese out of the chicken if only had some meat on it.

Chicken needs to get cooked more to get that crispiness. No body wants a soggy "crispy" burger.
Fries were old, you could tell. Swap out your fries more frequently, and also cook a bit more.
Finally gave it another shot, but unfortunately not going back to KFC ever.
