I didn't receive the coleslaw and potato gravy..the Pepsi spilt all over the box. The chicken was horrible..what's going on?

Missing over half my order after waiting over an hour for my order to be ready. 2x 10 pack wicked wings and 10x dinner rolls and look what i received, I Will not order from this KFC again.
