I love the chicken tenders- they are always perfectly crispy without having too thick breading.

The 3 piece combo was the worst meal we have ever had. The 3 pieces weren't big enough to make 1 piece. The biscuit was extremely tiny and hard. The sweet tea had no sugar in it. The 5 piece chicken tender was very small. Wasn't sure if it was nuggets or tenders. Small hard biscuit. No butter, no sauce We were very disappointed with this order and it occurred to us that this order really makes KFC look like a fly by night restaurant. It's not representative of a good established national restaurant. You give your customers what appears to be the bottom of the barrel. I can't imagine how a business can stay lucrative doing business like this.

The chicken was cold and dry on one meal, the second meal which was supposed to be another 3 piece meal with 2 breasts ended up being a meal with 5 chicken strips in it. They threw in a Bundt cake, I guess, to compensate but that isn't what I ordered or what we wanted. I would rather be informed that they are out of something so I can choose to cancel or replace something, not at their discretion.

Had the worst order last night. 3 chicken sandwiches (1 spicy), large fry, 2 small fry, nuggets, LG mashed potatos & gravy/coleslaw & 2 biscuits. was missing a sandwich, nuggets & LG fry. coleslaw tasted like chemicals & biscuits tasted like perfume.
