I didn't receive my free chips. The chips I did receive as part of the meal deal were cold, under cooked and the box under filled. I love KFC, but your lack of consistency in quality and standards is appalling. Nuggets were great, tenders dry, luke warm, and stringy, original recipe was piping hot and tasty.

I asked for extra sauce on my Original Crunch Twister® Combo and extra sal on my chips and did g eit either! The lettuce was limb and barely there. Was a very disappointing meal.
