Chicken was greasy tasted like it had been under warmer for 2 hrs wasn't happy at all however sides were fresh worst I ever had from KFC

This is the second time I have ordered from this store. Both times(during pick up)the customer service has been sub-par. This visit, an elderly couple that came in to order, were greeted and spoken to in a disrespectful manner. This is why Chic-fil-a is running KFC out of business.

If I could rate this lower I would. The chicken taste plain no seasoning, taste like they didnt even drop this chicken in the batter before dropping it in the grease. The fries taste like 3 week old grease. Only in Suffolk can they mess up the food this bad

I got two legs and 1 thigh. No biscuit.. offer says 2 thighs and 1 leg for $14.95
