Most of the order was correct which is a huge improvement for this store so have to give a thumbs up for that. Missing wicked wing and gravy container was not even close to being full.

I don't know if there is a new manager or the staff have been re-trained but this store has improved so much it's like a brand new store. The food was outstanding! Everything was perfect, served at the perfect temperature, arrived early and the entire order was correct. If you keep this up I will keep ordering from here. Keep up the great work!!!!

It took 40mins for KFC to call me last night and say they have sold out of food and the store was closing and that I need to organise the refund myself. I explained they needed to cancel the order on there end first. The girl I was speaking to was doing her best to help but then the manager grabbed the phone from her and jumped on the phone to me. He said hello. I said hello back and tried to explain what happened and the manager hung up on me. The manager should be demoted or get training on working in a customer service roll. They had no problem taking my money but knowing full well they didn't have any of the items I had ordered. I had to organise the refund with door dash myself and now have to wait for a refund.
