When I got to KFC in holyoke, I was told by one of the staff members that my order was already picked up by someone else, for delivery. I clarify that the order was for pick up, and I showed details of my order on my phone after entering the restaurant. The manager was very professional after the staff notify him of the issue with my order, he went above and beyond resolving the issue by remaking my order

The worst KFC ever. Half order of old fries, globs of pastey flour underneath and it tasted funny, old chicken.Won't be back.

I wish they didn't put in so much corn. Usually it's fine but there was more corn than mashed potatoes in our Famous Bowl. They forgot the biscuit in the 2 pc. Chicken Combo. Like I said all usually fine maybe it was an off night!
