The food was kept warm in great containers. Loved my extra crispy chicken like always.

Chicken was old, dry, and gross. Biscuits were undercooked and doughy. The nuggets were hard as rocks and dry. I ordered at 5pm. If it was all cooked that day, it was early that morning. Seemed like it was all put back in the fryer and reheated. They need to clean the fryers. Tasted and smelt like old grease. Just nasty. My dog wouldn't even eat the 12 pc. Nuggets and I ordered them for him.

When I got there I was informed that my order has been given to somebody else. I had to wait for them to re make my order. Then I got home with my order and they shorted me 5 tenders. The ones that they did give me were dry and over cooked.

I ordered dark meat 8 pc. Chicken Meal hours before I got off work when I got to store they couldn't find my order and when I showed them on my phone the manager said I don't have all dark meat and walked away so I took the mixed bucket while she made my food I could see there was more than enough chicken to completey order but she refused to give me dark meat they had 3 hours to make sure smh
