Ordered $120 worth of food on Christmas Eve as per out family tradition. All of the chicken we received in both buckets was double fried and therefore stringy, as well as so crunchy and tough on the breading that drumsticks were a challenge to bite through. The tenders and popcorn chicken were tough and soggy, obviously left too long in the oil, and the fries and onions rings were likewise soggy, tough and lukewarm despite the dasher bringing the food over immediately(yes I watched). The macaroni salad and the gravy were good, but that's not what I paid over $100 for. Far and away the worst KFC I've ever had. Thanks for nothing guys.

i ordered 10 pieces HOT and spicey. all of them were white meat and one wing. i hate white meat. i didn't get any thighs or drumsticks. i hate white meat. why do you send all white meat. it was not even any hot or spicy. horrible experince.
