the last time I got it it was pretty damn greasy so on the one hand awesome that I got fresh chicken right out the fryer but sucks that it covers your hands. it was crispy though and that's what I asked for so nice

the chicken was dry and old, like it was under the heat lamp all day long. Most of the time, my order is fresh and hot, but not tonight. This was the absolute worst chicken I've had. The only reason it received 2 stars is because of the coleslaw and biscuit.

The mashed potatoes were seemingly old and discolored. The gravy was hard and crusted on top. The sauces I ordered were missing from my order. Waste of money!

The 8 pc. Saucy Nuggets Combo were so bad and dry. The chipote ranch tasted like BBQ. The mac and cheese isnt very good. The soda was okay. I also don't receive the side of Classic Ranch
