• DoorDash orderThe first time I ordered from the Simi location I was so impressed with the packaging and the pieces of 4 pc. Chicken Combo was cooked to perfection - golden brown and tender. Yesterday's order was not at all good pieces of chicken - skin was peeled off the breast it did not look appetizing, the pieces were small and inconsistent. A bit disappointed.

• DoorDash orderi got an 8 pc bucket 8 pc. Chicken Meal and the chicken has no color and is super mushy. the biscuits taste doughy too. such a waste of $50

• DoorDash orderNashville Hot Loaded Fries Bowl is trash or at least trash from the store. The chicken tasted like it was heat up from 3 days ago and the fries were garbage. The Cole slaw was like a soup.
