I ordered the NS1. Noodles soup (Pho Noodles) with beef. And SHEESH just to warn you - medium spicy is really freaking spicy. And I can handle a lot of heat. I assumed they’d just throw in some jalapeño slices or chili paste in a container like a lot of classic Pho places do, but there was a ton of hot chili flakes and powder in the broth. Super tasty, but I couldn’t easily drink the broth, so next time I’m definitely going with mild. Also, can’t wait till I can feel my lips and tongue again.

This was my first time trying this restaurant. I got the shrimp rolls and the pho noodles. Both were very good! I could tell that the shrimp rolls were very fresh, the noodles inside them were still warm. The pho was very comforting and savory. I'll definitely order there again.
