1 star. The food quality fell short of expectations. The Dan Dan noodle soup lacked the traditional spicy and numbing flavors, while the beef in the noodle soup was tough and seemed to be of lower quality. The handmade noodles were not tasty, & both soups were under-seasoned. The dumplings and pan-fried buns were also disappointing - the fillings were bland. For the price point ($15-18 per soup, $13-15 for dumplings/buns), the overall quality doesn't justify the cost. I appreciate that they make their noodles in-house, but the recipes and ingredients need significant improvement

We order from here at least once a week because we are OBSESSED. The food is high quality, delicious, and just gives a sense of comfort. We came for the soup dumplings but I keep ordering for the shrimp and pork wontons.

The food is delicious and everything is handmade. It's simple flavors and ingredients, and sticked to your ribs Grandma's style comfort food. But it's overpriced. by like two to five bucks each dish. And if they're going to specialize in dumplings, I wish they had more options for their dumplings. this is a new restaurant, I hope they expand their menu in the future. because it is really good! But the portions are small for the price. probably a better deal to pick it up in person then order delivery and pay doordash's costs. But looking at their menu online, it's still a little overpriced for the portions. that being said it's way good and you can taste the homemade everything, including the handmade noodles.
