• DoorDash orderlove the Noodle Soup and Rice Stone Pot with pork spare ribs and Chinese sausage! always get the Chives & Pork Dumplings - super juicy, fresh and hot. the Congee is fantastic - recommend with fish filler or pork, century egg.

• DoorDash orderOrdered make your own noods. I got beef brisket (not the sliced one), pork slices (got some good fatty pieces in the mix :)), cabbage, and the qq noodles in fish soup. For veggies got Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce and a can of sprite. Everything was good.
Never had qq noodles before so I ordered based on the description from goog. I would say these noodles are not chewy but more soft. My reference point of chewy is like biang biang noodles, taiwanese knife cut (the flat with krinkled edges), or an al dente (or medium doness) of ramen...if any of that makes sense.
So it turned out to not be the type of noodles I was looking for, but this was something I never had so this was all in well a possibility I took a chance on.
Let me clarify tho, the food was good and practically straight from the restaurant (just a few blocks from work). Soup was still really hot so I had to be careful drinking it right away, that's how fresh it came.
There are many other folks that enjoy qq noodles so ppl should still try it if you never had. It just didn't hit the right spot for me today, but maybe next time. Might be good as a stir-fry in a spicier sauce but I'll leave that for another day.
