We ordered 60. Walnut Shrimps核桃蝦 and 51. 甜酸咕嚕肉 / Sweet and Sour Pork and 115. 叉燒炒飯 / Barbecue Pork Fried Rice . we thought they were truly excellent. Great flavor and texture, with generous servings. We will definitely order again!

The HK Style Egg Waffle 港式雞蛋仔 was good, and thanks to the super fast delivery, it arrived still nice and warm, with a slight crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. I just wish it could be a little less sweet.
The Fried Turnip Cake w/ X.O. Sauce/XO醬炒luo bo蘿蔔糕 was dry without any XO sauce.
The 49. 北京片皮鴨 / Peking Duck was more of a Cantonese interpretation of the dish, and not very authentic. The duck itself was roasted well and had a nice flavor, but it came in thick chunks with bones, unlike the authentic version where the duck is typically thinly sliced with bones removed. It came with scallion and coriander (instead of cucumber), neither was fresh. And instead of thin pancakes, it was served with small fluffy buns. The buns were pretty good though.
The Fried Egg Roll炸春卷 was so-so, crunchy on the outside, slightly mushy on the inside.
Overall, most of the dishes we ordered today were a bit disappointing, we might try some of their more typically Cantonese dishes next time.

The dim sum was great! The chix chow mein was solid but the quality of the chicken could be better--it was a little chewy.

Scallions & Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll 蔥花蝦米腸粉 is dried shrimp and barely any scallions. It's good but I wish they would have specified.

Shrimp and scambled eggs the best, very good flavor and still hot when it got here. Mixture of texture and and flavor the best I will definitely order again
