BURNED BLACK! $25 chicken and croffles the last 3 times I have ordered has been burned black and inedible. Then doordash only refunds $5 on a $25 meal. Kixi would you serve this black burned chicken at the restaurant? Or just to delivery patrons who then cant send it back OR get a proper refund for food you cant even eat. I don't usually write reviews but this has happened 3 times now with the same problem.
