I used to be a patron of this restaurant ten years ago, and it was great back then. However, after a hiatus of about three years, today's order was disappointing. All the food lacked flavor. With many quality sushi options available elsewhere, this place should be phased out. I don't recommend it to those seeking delicious food; it's a waste of money.
The once delicious BC Roll has lost its charm, with soggy and chewy salmon skin. The Uni Nigiri Sushi had large sea urchin pieces, but they were tasteless, ending with a bitter aftertaste. The Double Spicy Roll lacked the flavour of seaweed, rice, and fish, leaving only a singular spiciness. The Real Crab California Roll was strangely flavourless, even missing the salad dressing taste.
Two Ebi sushi was average, score of 50. The Negitoro Roll had an insufficient filling, with two rolls having only scallions and no filling. Even Wasabi is not good; it is likely entirely horseradish and devoid of any real Wasabi flavor.
