I've ordered from them a lot in the past but it's gone down hill recently. They switched up their packaging and the portions are a lot smaller now. I got what looks like a lousy fast food burger and tots for the price of a steak. Management should consider going back to the old ways

Crispy Buffalo Chicken sandwich barely had any chicken in it compared to what it used to have, Caesar Salad had a bunch of different kinds of lettuce which it didnt used to and doesnt list. Not nearly as good as it was a couple months ago and probably wont be returning.

This didn't even seem like it was from Kkaties..bun was like a Wonder Bread bun, wilted lettuce, fries weren't the same and it didn't come in the usual box. Note to self stay with a burger. Expensive Mistake!
