My iced latte was warm with NO ice and it spilled all over the bag and parts of the bagel. This place has the best bagels and a great assortment of cream cheese flavors.

I was really looking forward to trying their seasonal pumpkin syrup in my iced coffee. Unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. I ordered an iced coffee with pumpkin syrup, but when I took my first sip, I realized they had forgotten to add the syrup entirely. The coffee itself was fine, but it was just a standard iced coffee—nothing special, and certainly not what I was expecting. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's disappointing when you’re excited for something specific and it doesn’t meet expectations. I hope the staff can be more attentive in the future to avoid similar issues. I'll give them another try, but I was let down this time around.
