Food is always very good here. Not much to say except the burger could've used more sauce and the tea was a bit small for the amount of food, but that's just nitpicking. this is some of the best bbq in arkansas and by far the best I've had in searcy.

The Loaded Fries are absolutely AMAZING, especially if you add brisket and bacon!! The fries have a nice crunch and are well seasoned and they add plenty of meat!

I usually rate KnightFire which 5 stars 🌟. This time around I have to do 4 stars only because usually they have brisket burnt ends but I guess they was out. Also the Brisket 1/2# is usually bigger and more on the moist side which is what I prefer, but it was uhh kinda on the lean side with just a little fat on it. I can't really complain because it was still good, I'm use to the more bigger more moist slices. I will say the Pork Candy 1/2# is something I've been wanting to try forever and I was finally able to try them with KnightFire BBQ and they did not miss. These were so tender juicy and delicious. I wanted more but they close so early. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back when I'm in town.

I paid $5 for a side of rock solid French fries. They were too hard to eat. The sandwich was okay, but the meat was very salty. Also they charge $3 for a can of soda.

Love Knight Fire BBQ! It is the best barbecue in the state no doubt. I always get The Boss and I recently got the Mexican Street Corn (Esquites) to pair along with it! Everything is always exceptional and the owner, Matt Knight, is probably the coolest dude on the planet!
